  • Payment information: Billing details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Store and deliver your recordings
  • Generate transcriptions of your recordings

3. Data Storage and Security

Your recordings are stored securely using Cloudflare R2 (S3-compatible storage). Account and organization data is stored in MongoDB. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for storage).
  • Organization members: Content you create within an organization may be visible to other members of that organization based on their permissions.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data and recordings
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your recordings at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and recordings within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
